The 3DS comes in two colors, Aqua Blue and Cosmo Black

I am not saying I won't buy it...I like to test things in an emulator first then buy them,I know it's weird...but I do it for some reason...
Also,it can be emulative since there is already emulators for Xbox,Wii and PS3,I may be wrong though.

But the 3DS is different. Everything known as "true 3D" in video games means that the graphics can be stretched and rotated like an actual object. The 3DS is like it's not just a graphic, if you know what I mean.

Am I the only one who isn't really interested in this thing? First of all, I bet it is going to be really really expensive, and I am not sure if I can afford to buy it with all the things I have on my list, especially that my parents want me to earn money rather than getting money, which is really hard for me. :\
Second of all, I honestly have no DS games but Pokémon. Currently, the only games released for 3DS are in my opinion uninteresting. Therefore, buying it without any game that I like is useless.

That is Nintendo's BIGGEST win on this thing - a perfectly moral by any standards means of preventing emulation.

Actually, keep in mind that the zoom slider can be turned off, so you probably can emulate it equiv. to what you can emulate with Dolphin, but, well, it won't be as cool.

The ability to turn off 3D is nice if I'm not in the mood for 3D. I'm interested in a few games coming out for it, and I'm in dire need of a new DS.

Is it going to be reverse compatable with DS games?

Hmm. Reverse comparability is a plus, but I just heard that it has 3-7 hours battery life depending on what you're doing. o-o 3 hours is not a lot at all. I'll probably wait until the fall when the prices are down a bit.

I really want the blue one, but I'm not sure why. In my mind, I think it looks horrible, but there's just something appealing about it. It may be because that's the model used in all the demos. I'd like the 3DS more if the colors were solid, though, and the top half wasn't always black.

Another reason why I think it's phat-like, it has obvious split parts and they just love highlighting them with different colors.

I think the top screen's black because it doesn't hinder the 3D effect. It looks sort of cool anyway in my opinion.

EDIT: On another note, I just want this really badly now I've looked at that spoiler containing the 3DS functions. I wouldn't be half surprised if the 3DS's browser supported Flash.

I can't say I really want it to (Flash must die, imo), but it probably /could/ support flash either way.

Me too. They always show Red preview consoles then wait years later to finally produce them even though that's one of my favorite colors. :L

The fact that it's going to be 50 bucks less than expected is tempting... but I don't want to buy it if it has a three-hour battery life and there aren't any 3DS Pokemon games.
