Read the title. Anyways, I'm at the start of Volkner's gym and I'm wondering if I should replace any pokemon.

-Psybeam

-Shadow Ball
-Signal Beam

Golem L38
Rock Climb
Rock Slide
Rock Smash (gotta find that move deleter)
Earthquake

Infernape L39
Rock Smash (gotta find that move deleter, as I said)
Cut (read the above)
Fire Blast
Close Combat

Staraptor L40
-Fly
-Close Combat
-Take Down
-Defog

Gyarados L42 (overleveled due to Cyrus)
-Aqua Tail
-Surf
-Ice Fang
-Rain Dance

Looks good. The only two things I can recommend are level up a bit more and delete the bad HM's on your Pokémon. The move deleter is in Canalave city (I think. If that isn't the city name, it is the city with the sixth gym in it.).

If you have earthquake teach it to gyrados.

Do you have a Paikia, Diagla, or Girtina. What about you catch Azelf, Uxie, and Mespirit.Do you have PBR if so get the Magmortar and Electrive.

using legendaries and trading stronger pokemon over is cheap. why did you even suggest that hotbllast?

Pretty good, just delete all of the HMs taught to your Pokemon and replace them well better suitable moves for the Pokemon.

but also you should trade Porygon2 so it can evolve into Porygon Z, but only if you want an AWESOME special attacker.

There's actually a lot of virtue in just keeping it as a Porygon2. But if he really wants a more powerful special attacking Pokemon, then he should evolve it. Though it will lose a lot of it's bulk.

I covered that in my post.........Thus why it says "Only if you want a AWESOME Special attacker."
