how to get it?i talked to it it said to give flower bouquet.i went to serebii for more tips but i found nothing.i went to youtube too.nothing

There's a Flower Bouquet lying around in the Meadow Zone. Find it and give it to Bellosom so he can do things to them while they sleep.
