That's pretty cool. It definitely looked like the Centers were supposed to look that way, but maybe not the towns. The only reason I say that is that you can see the next route. I don't think that's what they had in mind for the grand scheme of things. I wonder what the Goldenrod Gym would look like with that... *hint hint*

This obviously proves that HGSS is fully 3-D, as in every point in 3-D space is mapped. Because of this, you can not only do this, but I'm assuming rotate the camera with a different cheat. Thanks a bunch, now I might actually get an AR (anyone know if HGSS is being successfully emulated?)!

Edit: I'm going to sticky this because I really think this is impressive.

Yeah, I came across this code a few days ago but forgot to post it here. I really like this code, though sometimes it can be hard to see where you are going.

Well, HGSS has already been proven to be a full 3-D game. The problem is, there's only about four or five parts of the game where the camera isn't isotropically fixed, and is instead angled the way these codes cause the angle to appear.

I believe that Black and White aren't neccasarily the first to be fully rendered in 3-D, just a 3-D Pokemon game with full camera angles.

They look awesome in 3D. I wish they were actually 3D instead of being a code.

Stuff like this is the only reason I use an AR. Cheats that don't 'cheat', persay, more 'enhance'. Like beta maps on SM64DS.

Man, this is like, Epiczorz times 2! Thanks a bunch! I could use this code to do a GBP AND 3D SoulSilver Walkthrough. I mean, it literally looks like what the plan for Isshu was gonna be. Once again, EPIC.
Now if only that annoying black void would go away.

There are a few graphical glitches that probably couldn't be fixed be release - I'm still researching everything, but this does seem to be used in area like the Lighthouse anyway. On the other hand, Slowpoke well (and others) are somewhat glitchty with it. There's also the black void mentioned...

I'm going to be writing a sort-of guide on this for CI. So, uh, if you're interested, I'll be posting the link soon.

^Those can be fixed by using an anti-glitch patch.

You can use ROM to try it out if you really like it then you can get yourself a real AR.

Do you know where to find said Glitch Patch? Because that would be quite useful.

Okay then, I guess we can both check.
And while I'm still here, might I mention the Flying Glitch? If you fly somewhere with the hack on, then you appear above the object you usually appear in front of.

^Yeah also, when landing from flying you appear above the door of Pokemon Center.
HGSS was going to be in full 3D probably but they ditched the idea. That's why there are many bugs.

Yeah, I mean, have you seen the E4 Building with the cheat on? It looks amazing! But I guess they didn't have enough time to input it into the coding to release it fast enough. Maybe that's why the Black Void is so common.

I tried this out. It looks awesome, but when walking up and down you move really slow, and you also can't tell whether you're in grass or not. It's obvious that this wasn't intended to happen in the overworld, but in buildings it does look awesome. And this isn't what the whole of Black and White will be like, only parts of it. Look at this picture:

Yeah, it was really just experimentation. I think it would be cool if they threw in an in-game cheating system with a few cheats like this. Nothing that gives you a competitive edge, just this kinda goof-off stuff.

Yeah; when there's a 3-D camera, you can always hack it into any position you want. I'm just surprised that they did buildings in 3-D, because they removed that in Platinum.

This also happens in naturally 3D HGSS areas like the lighthouse, Celadon Condominiums' top floor, etc.
