This thread is for my note taking on my HeartGold/SoulSilver Experience. I am playing HeartGold in English. I have beaten and cleared the game once and now I restarted my game to pay closer attention to it.

*I will post my notes up to each gym in a new post. When I am done I will record myself discussing all my notes up to that gym, maybe my opinions and more. They will be edited into the right post.

-Read the instruction booklet, this provided detailed information on many of the new features in HeartGold/SoulSilver Versions.

-Stared my HeartGold copy

-Watched the opening;
A bell like noise at the beginning
Ho-Oh flies from the sunset
Gold & Soul appear
New Bark Town - Goldenrod City - Ecruteak City
Rival Silver appears
The 3 beasts show then Eusine is shown next to them, the Unown letters E for Entei - R for Raikou - S for Suicune move them off the screen
Team Rocket Executives appear
Gold & Soul reappear sending out the 3 Johto Starters
Suicune is on a cliff
The Game Logo and Legend appears.
-3D Ho-Oh(HeartGold)/Lugia(SoulSilver) Models on the touch screen while Game Logo appears on top screen

-New character designs
Updated Clothing for Gold?
New Female - Kris was Crystal's girl, these are remakes of Gold/Silver. A new female has been made for every generation.
-Chose male, named Gold

-Room
Computer has an email from Lyra.
-Main floor
Mom gives details on what to do
Menu is now on touch screen
Bag, Trainer Card, Save & Options are all obtained from mom
-Option now has new frames to use

-Trainer Card is on the touch screen while badge case is on top

Marill bumps me
Lyra calls Marill back and disappears
-Elm's Lab
Elm needs me to walk with PKMN to see if bonds are increased
Elm receives e-mail from Mr.PKMN
Elm needs me to visit Mr.PKMN
Choose a starter; Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile(The Poke Balls are on the touch screen)
When leaving the lab, AIDE gave me Potions x5

Elm stops you to give you his number

Map Card installed on my PokeGear by Old Man on way to Route 30

Apricorn Man gave me the Apricorn Box, picked the Green Apricorn next to his house
Arrived at Mr.PKMN's House

Picked the Pink Apricorn next to the house
Obtained the Mystery Egg from Mr.PKMN
Mr.PKMN heals Pokemon
Oak gives me the PokeDex
Oak gives me his number
Out the house, Elm calls about a disaster

That Mystery Boy challenges you to a battle

Obtained the Oran Berry, Pecha Berry, Energy Powder, Heal Powder in the Hidden Room
A message is shown "Our Clan Engraved Words In This Place"
Obtained a Potion(Forgot why this isn't with the other items, lol)
The Kabuto Puzzle is solved by moving panels into the right places and rotating them into the right angle with the touch screen
After solving the Kabuto Puzzle I fell and got the Unown Report
