I had four Pokémon not get through, one of which was an event I traded for some years ago. I compared it to the real one and found that the level caught was too low, so it was an obvious hack. Did you obtain the Dragonite yourself, or did you trade for it? Perhaps the person who traded it hacked it?

I picked it up myself in Flocessey, and as far as I can tell it hasn't been hacked at all since then. If nothing else I can dive into the bytes and make something work, but I'm just wondering if anyone else have had this problem. I saw a few people mention it on other forum boards but not many specifics
What was wrong with the other three, did you ever figure out? Edit: I found something about issues with pokémon with 255 EVs in any one stat. Not sure if that's true but I did do lazy EV training so if it is that could be one of the problems. Last edited by Dragonite; October 7, 2014 at 02:34:13 PM. |

I know that Pokémon with 255 in any one stat get automatically reduced to the new limit of 252. I didn't have any trouble with any of my own monsters fitting that description, though.
It's also possible that they're still working on it and fixing bugs intermittently. Who knows, maybe it'll work in a few days? Last edited by Cat333Pokémon; October 7, 2014 at 05:03:07 PM. |
