Massive Staff Reform

The entire moderative team has been overhauled completely. The administration determined that an overabundance of Super Moderators led to less moderative activity actually occurring. Instead of asking, "Who should be demoted?" we asked, "Who should be given a job?" After several long discussions, we decided what would work best for the mod squad.

Here is a list of the changes:

1. The standard Moderators group was completely removed due to unnecessity.
2. The Super Moderators group was renamed to Global Moderators.
3. A new group, Content Staff, was added; this group has ability to post on PokéNews and Crystal Islands Articles without approval.
4. Assistant Moderators was recolored to the old Moderators color.
5. Assistant Moderators have been given a nice spread of boards.
6. All of the staff has access to the staff board and the staff room in VRC.

If you are a moderator, please check out this list to see what boards you currently have control over; this list also shows the current staff at any given time:

If you would like moderative power of additional boards, simply PM me and state why you would like to moderate it. If you feel like you have too many boards, also PM me.

Finally, congratulations to the rest of staff on your new staff positions. You've worked hard and deserve it. I apologize to those who have been removed from staff, but that doesn't mean we don't like you. If you'd like your staff position back, simply prove yourself, be active, and don't beg for it.
