Default Victini C-Gear Skin Goes Live Globally
As of today, the Victini C-Gear Skin previously showcased in Japan as a promotion for the 14th movies' theatrically releases is now available internationally. This event will run until January 12th, 2012, with the password necessary to unlock the skin being Victini2011.

It's only up on the Australian and North American servers right now.
Nothing for European servers at the moment.

Make it pretty much everywhere except Europe and Japan and Korea. Cause I'm in Malaysia and it shows up. I think most of Asia also gets it.

That's because Malaysia probably uses the North American servers.

Who knows? I think they have the capability to region restrict promotions. At least this one's open.

Obviously. Servers are supposed to be shared.

I personally don't see why Nintendo would go through the trouble of preventing certain countries that share the same server from getting an Global Link event unless they had a good reason.
But they probably can, after all they made the Global Link, they can do pretty much whatever they want with its servers.

It's now stuck into my games. It's now my new favourite skin. Just like how Victini is now Masuda's favourite Pokémon.
