I tried to enter the Pokemon House in Lavender town, and it gave me an Error. Is that supposed to happen?

I'm guessing it hasn't been made yet, but the link is there for future reference. RC1 may have it.

There's another problem. The tower won't work. It keeps saying something about a file that doesn't exist.

It will be a special area where you can adopt rarer Pokémon, but there are some tight limits.

That will also be added, but its not even in the RC1 yet.
