Default Why is it not Mono!?!?

Mienshao @ Life Orb
Nature : Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
~ Fake Out
~ Taunt
~ Hi Jump Kick
~ U-turn
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Nature : Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

One of the most reliable leads in the game. Fake Out always flinches, and is the ideal opening move. Taunt stops the opponent setting up entry hazards. Hi Jump Kick deals a lot of damage thanks to improved base power and STAB. U-turn is the key move of the set. You deal damage, switch out, activate Regenerator, then come back in and Fake Out again.

Rhyperior @ Leftovers
Nature : Adamant
Ability : Solid Rock
EV's : 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spe
~ Earthquake
~ Stone Edge
~ Megahorn
~ Substitute

Rhyperior's standard set is one that abuses its physical stats to the max. Rhyperior is able to take almost any physical attack, and it can deal out some huge damage in return. The set itself is fairly standard; Substitute eases prediction for Rhyperior, and it can easily set it up as a Pokemon such as Staraptor, switches out. The other moves on the set provide perfect coverage, and they allow Rhyperior to do its job in tanking damage and dishing it out. Earthquake is obligatory, as a 100 base power STAB move with no drawbacks is perfect for Rhyperior. It will OHKO almost any Pokemon that takes super effective damage from it, while also giving a chance to 2HKO Eviolite Chansey, a feat that shows how powerful Rhyperior really is. Rhyperior's other moves, Stone Edge and Megahorn, are for coverage. Stone Edge is a remarkably powerful move in its own right. Megahorn is powerful too, and it provides super effective coverage on Pokemon such as Celebi that would otherwise switch in and try to setup on Rhyperior.

Breloom @ Toxic orb
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Poison Heal
EV's : 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spe
~ Substitute
~ Focus Punch
~ Spore
~ Seed Bomb

Among Spore, STAB Focus Punch, and its unique ability, Poison Heal, Breloom is quite possibly the most tailor-made SubPuncher ever created. The strategy is simple; set up a Substitute, then start firing off Breloom's brutal STAB Focus Punches. With its massive 130 base Attack and the 150 Base Power of Focus Punch, it's nearly impossible to shrug off Breloom's attacks. As an example, the standard Life Orb Starmie takes 58.6% - 69.3% from Adamant Focus Punch, which makes it quite difficult to find a Pokemon that can reliably switch into Breloom. Substitute and Focus Punch form the crux of this set, as Substitute allows Breloom to use Focus Punch without fear of interruption. Substitute is especially effective on Breloom because of Poison Heal, as it can heal off the HP lost from Substitute in a mere 2 turns. Spore is Breloom's signature move, and is the only 100% accurate sleep-inducing move in the entire game. This allows Breloom to incapacitate one of its counters as it switches in, and can also make it easy for Breloom to set up the first Substitute and start its rampage. Seed Bomb is the best coverage move available to Breloom, as it can be used as a reliable attack against bulky Water-types, and also to hit Rotom-A hard.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability : Technician
Nature: Adamant
EV's : 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe

~ U-turn
~ Bullet Punch
~ Superpower
~ Quick Attack

U-turn is the crux of this set, allowing Scizor to deal out huge damage to incoming Pokemon and maintain momentum, scouting the switch-in and grabbing a favorable match-up. Choice Band-boosted Bullet Punch is incredibly powerful even with no setup, and allows Scizor to revenge kill many dangerous threats such as Salamence locked into Outrage, Choice Scarf Hydreigon and "Double Booster" Terrakion. The other two moves on this set, Superpower and Quick Attack, give Scizor some added utility. Superpower does huge damage to Scizor's main counters, OHKOing Heatran, Magnezone, and Ferrothorn expecting a Bullet Punch. Specially defensive Skarmory also takes significant damage, and can be OHKOed if it Roosts. Quick Attack is (IMO) a good option over Pursuit, as, depending on the circumstances, it can give Scizor the opportunity to beat threats that resist Bullet Punch, such as Infernape, Thundurus, and weakened Gyarados. It also comes with the added benefit of OHKOing 4 / 0 Volcarona after Stealth Rock.

Volcarona @ Life Orb
Ability : Flame Body
Nature : Timid
EVs : 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
~ Quiver Dance
~ Bug Buzz
~ Fiery Dance
~ HP Rock

Volcarona's stat spread screams special sweeper and this is the most offensive approach to it. Quiver Dance is the boosting move of choice and for good reason. It not only boosts Volcarona's Special Attack and Speed making it a fearsome special sweeper but the Special Defense boost also makes it a lot harder to revenge kill. Bug Buzz is the Bug-type STAB move of choice and is a reliable and powerful attack that will cripple anything that doesn't resist it after some boosts. Fiery Dance is the best Fire-type STAB, even though it is weaker than some other options, because of its secondary effect, which raises its Special Attack, making it better in the long run. Despite these powerful attacks, there is a significant number of Pokemon in OU that resist this combination. Hidden Power Rock is the best option and lets it hit Gyarados, Dragonite, and Salamence for super effective damage, just to name a few.

Pot-Luck (Rotom-W) @ Leftovers
Ability : Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
~ Hydro Pump
~ Pain Split
~ Will-O-Wisp
~ Thunderbolt

Rotom-W has a lot of resistances and only one weakness. It makes for a great bulky Pokemon. Hydro Pump is obvious; it hits like a truck and provides useful coverage. Thunderbolt is my main attack. Pain Split keeps you healthy, and Shadow Ball gives coverage over Grass Types that would otherwise wall me.

I probably need a new team, but I could really use some advice.

Notes:
-Ryperior doesn't seem like a substituter...
-My favorite set for Breloom is Bullet seed, swords dance, Mach Punch, and Spore. when you put the foe asleep, you use swords and boost then BANG!!!!!
-With a x4 weakness to rock and stone edge being VERY common, I hate Volcorona
-Put hidden power fire, instead of pain split... that's just me though.
