Metronome
So I have a question about the item metronome(increases power by 10% each turn for 20 turns).
If I had metronome held, and used fly, or a similar move, would it build the power by just 10%, or would it build it the first time, and then again on the next turn when the actual attack was launched? |

Gosh, I didn't know that could happen.
 I just thought it was a boost with continued use of a move. I think it only counts once, but I'd have to test it. |
