Here's a really good one:
GiantRavine It should spawn you on a small island. Play it in Creative and dig straight down from your spawn. There you will find a mass of intersecting ravines, creating one pretty damn epic MASSIVE CAVE. Also, Minecraft board kthnx |

This is the seed to the world I'm currently maining in right now:
79846925 You spawn on a semi-small island in the middle of ocean, but you're near a swamp with plenty of trees to get you started. Also, if you travel towards coordinates [2,97] you'll find a massive mountain range filled with some unusually-rendered mountains. There is another swamp near the other end of the mountain range and a desert with nearby village bordering that. |

Here's what I found interesting about this seed: At these coords: x: -113 z: 13 is a flat world, not very very flat, but flat enough to build things(it's not very big either). At these coords: x: -81 z: 157 is a large circle of water, and underwater is a huge cave with both water and magma(there's a big hole underwater literally leading the player to the said cave). There's an abandoned mine near it too. *edit* Apparently this seed doesn't work in Minecraft Beta 1.8.1. Frustrating... Last edited by alternateshadow300; September 19, 2011 at 02:34:55 PM. Reason: Meant to say "big" hole, not "bug" hole. |

I'd like to point out that, as 1.9 will add another biome, these seeds will no longer work with 1.9.
I have a feeling the seeds are going to be useless between versions for a little while due to the map generation bug fixes, so folks, please post your Minecraft version with your seeds. The seed I posted before is for Minecraft 1.8 Pre. Last edited by Cat333Pokémon; September 22, 2011 at 12:54:08 AM. |

There's also a really retarded ravine going through on of the mountains in it, creating this weird blocky structure in the mountainside. That mushroom biome's massive, it puts the one I found yesterday to shame. D: By the way, coordinates for the biome are around X= 500 and Z= -500 |
