Default teamplasma vs. SolarYoshi (GPFTW refs)

teamplasma vs. SolarYoshi
Battle Style: Single Battle, Any of your pokemon
DQ Time: 7 days
Restrictions: No Evasion boosting moves, No weather moves (EX. Rain Dance), No substitutions, No OHKO moves 2Chills / Shake offs
Arena Type: Nimbasa City Battle Center - Introduced in anime, it is a battle arena in which the battle is one where the first trainer to 3 points wins. The arena type changes randomly out of these stages.

~Ice Stage - Has a 10% chance of the attacker to slip while preforming to move and fall. Causing it to fail.

~Dirt Ground - The basic stage in which no pokemon types are boosted or penalized because of the stage.

~Water arena - An arena in which 6 circular floating platforms are all non- water/flying pokemon can stand on. So Water and flying types get evasion +1

~Desert Dunes - A sand storm rages here! Giving all the advantages a normal SandStorm attack would do on a pokemon and stage.

~Dark Forest ~ This a spooky, and creepy place where bug pokemon love to crawl and dark pokemon love to haunt. Bug/Dark types get +1 defense, for having knowledge about this place.

So here it is in a nutshell:

-It is a battle that the trainer with the first 3 points wins

-Once one pokemon faints the trainer still standing gets a point.

-Once a pokemon faints. Both pokemon return and two new ones return and the winner of that round send out the next pokemon, no moves yet, then the opponent (There pokemon +moves) then finally the winners moves.

-If you take a pokemon in after it has won a round. You can resend it, but it will not be healed.

-Every stage is choosen randomly.

Damage Cap: 100
Ref: Closed - I wish GrassPokemonFTW to Ref.

[First arena roll: 4 - Desert Dunes]

teamplasma, as the challenger, you send your Pokemon out first.
After that, SolarYoshi, you post your Pokemon AND moves.
After that, teamplasma, post your moves.

Lol, you didn't select a random stage for this Round One.

Plus, I just want to make sure you both understand this arena and its effects...

I thought when I reffed round 1, the first arena would appear. I DID read the instructions, but I guess I'll do that then.

Slasher had the upper hand in speed, so he went first. He decided to boost his evasion first, considering how the sand would cloak his location, and with 3 more of him staring Lucky down, Slasher felt the need. However, before he could perform it, a large horn blared. Slasher was startled, and a loud voice boomed above them. "NO EVASION-BOOSTING MOVES." Slasher stopped his move immediately, at the risk of being penalized.
(Double Team FAILED, Restrictions disallow evasion-boosting moves)

Lucky laughed at Slasher's apparent failure. So, it decided to take advantage of Slasher's flustered state. Lucky was having some difficulty finding grass in a sand dune; it continued to search until it was becoming apparent that there was no grass to knot around Lucky's foot! Lucky sighed in despair, but it looked on the bright side; at least Slasher didn't manage to hit him.
(Grass Knot FAILED, there is no grass in a sand dune; thus, this was more of a logic issue)

Slasher sighed at the lack of a productive first turn. He decided to make up for his failure by attacking hard. Slasher fired a beam of dark energy, accompanied by dark purple rings. Lucky was consequently hit; the first damage of the battle had been dealt, and Lucky was the victim.
(Bronzor: -7 Health, Larvitar: -7 Energy)
[Accuracy roll: 96, with 1-100 hitting | Critical hit roll: 61, with 1-6 being a critical hit | Flinching roll: 93, with 1-20 flinching the target]

Lucky wasn't too ecstatic about taking damage. Hence, Lucky took a more defensive approach. It cleared all the thoughts in its head; the Bronzor was set at ease. In doing so, it felt refreshed and felt a better condition to battle.

After that embarrassing round, Slasher needed to redeem himself. But to do that, he needed to make sure that he didn't take any damage from Lucky. Thus, he began to form a protective barrier around himself. Lucky couldn't see the barrier, so Slasher thought that Lucky was going to be not-so-pleasantly surprised.
(Larvitar: -6 Energy, PROTECTED)
[No rolls were required for this turn]

Lucky, oblivious of the barrier that was set up, began to make the orbs on its sides glow. The bright light enveloped the entire stage, but Slasher was totally protected. The shield absorbed the light in place of Slasher's eyes, so the overall effect was nothing.
(Bronzor: -3 Energy)
[No rolls were required for this turn]

Slasher found the last move very helpful, but now for some damage! Slasher clenched his fists and ran towards Lucky. Slasher took his fist and smashed it into Lucky's side. The Bronzor was sent spinning, and tumbled to the ground. A cloud of sand was sent into the air, only to be blown away by the oncoming wind. Lucky floated back up, slightly deterred by the disadvantage Lucky was set at.
(Bronzor: -6 Health, Larvitar: -6 Energy)
[Accuracy roll: 95, with 1-100 hitting | Critical hit roll: 24, with 1-6 being a critical hit]

Lucky had to inhibit Slasher's capabilities somehow...but how? Lucky had just the idea. Lucky began to fire an invisible beam to Slasher. Slasher contracted the beam, totally unaware do to the fact that it didn't hurt at all. However, the beam was already at work, increasing Slasher's adrenaline and rearranging his thoughts. Suddenly, he wasn't thinking straight, and he was blind with rage.

Use Toxic! But if you get hit by the Taunt before you can use Toxic than use Earthquake! After than use Iron Defense if you loose defense, but don't if you get hit by taunt or you don't loose any defense. So if any of those conditions are in effect, use Flash Cannon!

Slasher was having serious issues concentration ever since that peculiar ray hit him. He felt all out of proportion, so he couldn't quite get his bearings. Eventually, Slasher took a fist, and he hit himself by accident! The hit was sufficient enough to send him tumbling down a sand dune, thus dealing considerable damage.
(Larvitar: -3 Health, -5 Energy, CONFUSED for 4 more turns)
[Working roll: 92, with 1-50 working]

This time around, Lucky felt the need to hinder Slasher even further. This time, it built up a toxic liquid that formed in orbs around it. It promptly sent the orbs of toxic liquid towards Slasher. The orbs circled around him for a while, before finally enveloping him in it and seeping into his bloodstream. Now, Slasher felt sick to his stomach.
(Larvitar: BADLY POISONED for 5 turns, Bronzor: -6 Energy)
[Accuracy roll: 8, with 1-90 hitting]

Slasher went on to the next attack, despite his overall horrible physical state. However, this time around, despite the queasy churning in his stomach and the lack of clarity in his sight, Slasher was a bit less wobbly. He took his fist and tried towards Lucky, nearly tripping several times, before finally reaching it and punching it down to the ground.
(Bronzor: -6 Health, Larvitar: -7 Energy, -6 Health from poison, BADLY POISONED for 4 more turns, CONFUSED for 3 more turns)
[Working roll: 41, with 1-50 working | Accuracy roll: 89, with 1-100 hitting | Critical hit roll: 76, with 1-6 being a critical hit]

Lucky decided to actually inflict some direct damage this time around. It created a lustrous orb that spun around, releasing glitter around it. It was surprisingly pretty; it made the surrounding air the illusion of sparkling. The beam was powerful, though; the blast alone shook the ground, and the impact was strong. Slasher was sent flying, and eventually landed in a sand dune.
(Larvitar: -17 Health, Bronzor: -8 Energy)

Screech ~ Payback

Slasher's vision was almost blind due to his confusion. He flailed wildly, trying to get a sense of where his opponent was. However, in looking for him, he seemed to catch a glimpse of the Bronzor; he lept for it, only to find that his poor vision tricked him, causing him to fall down a sand dune and into a rock, hurting his head severely.
(Larvitar: -3 Health, -5 Energy, -7 Health from poison, CONFUSED for 2 more turns, BADLY POISONED for 3 more turns)
[Working roll: 56, with 1-50 working]

Lucky snickered; Slasher was really going to get it now! Lucky floated low to the ground, the bottom orb almost touching the ground. Soon, Lucky bulldozed as fast as it could, sending sand in every direction. Sliding down the slippery sand dune, he slammed into Slasher, who had just recovered from hitting the rock, sending him flying into yet another rock.
(Larvitar: -9 Health, -1 SPD, Bronzor: -5 Energy)
[Accuracy roll: 80, with 1-100 hitting | Critical hit roll: 31, with 1-6 being a critical hit]

Slasher was incredibly aggravated that he had run into yet another rock! He surely would get payback for this...so what better move to use than Payback? Slasher could actually see Lucky this time around; he saw the metallic plate retreating back up the sand dune. He wouldn't let it have its way again! He ran up the sand dune, but just as he reached the top, he got dizzy again and fell backwards! He tumbled until he stopped...hitting another rock.
(Larvitar: -3 Health, -5 Energy, -8 Health from poison, CONFUSED for 1 more turn, BADLY POISONED for 2 more turns)
[Working roll: 58, with 1-50 working]

Lucky laughed at Slasher's incompetence; it figured that it might as well put Slasher out of his misery once and for all. It built up a metallic energy in front of it, forming an orb of incredibly lustrous light. The beam fired off forcefully, leaving sparkling remnants where it blew by. The beam continued on its way until it crashed into Slasher with an incredible boom.
(Larvitar: -17 Health, -1 SP.DEF, Bronzor: -8 Energy)

Slasher was hoping that he wouldn't run into yet another rock, but he was losing confidence after that failure last round. He climbed up the sand dune, and he was surprised to find that his dizziness was beginning to dissipate! Slasher took this opportunity to clamp his jaws onto Lucky, who was just as surprised at Slasher's successful attack.
(Bronzor: -7 Health, Larvitar: -8 Energy, -9 Health from poison, no longer CONFUSED, BADLY POISONED for 1 more turn)
[Working roll: 9, with 1-50 working | Accuracy roll: 8, with 1-100 hitting | Critical hit roll: 86, with 1-6 being a critical hit | DEF lowering roll: 30, with 1-20 lowering DEF]

Lucky had enough of beating around the bush...or sand as it were...and decided to end things once and for all. It called out, and suddenly, the sand around them began to shift in random directions. Slasher toppled over, once again causing him to fall down the sand dune (though luckily not into a rock) and taking considerable damage. He felt light-headed after that attack, but he managed to keep himself standing.
(Larvitar: -15 Health, Bronzor: -8 Energy)
[Accuracy roll: 52, with 1-100 hitting | Critical hit roll: 57, with 1-6 being a critical hit]

Being as light-headed as he was, Slasher knew that he'd require some down time. He found an open spot, curled up, and fell asleep on the warm sands. He felt refreshed though he left himself wide open for attack...
(Larvitar: +50 Health, no longer BADLY POISONED, ASLEEP for 2 turns)
[No rolls were required for this turn]

Lucky groaned; it looked like that Slasher wasn't quite done for yet. But Lucky could get him down before he woke up. Lucky generated more of the metallic energy, and fired it off in a powerful laser. The laser cut through the sand and slammed into Slasher, sending his limp body flying into the air. As Slasher came down, though, Slasher's horn was facing the ground, and it made impact with yet another rock. The rock stayed steady, but Slasher's horn didn't, as Lucky heard a tremendous cracking sound; a critical hit was landed.
(Larvitar: -26 Health, Bronzor: -8 Energy)

Slasher was still deep in his sleep. He was dreaming of his home in the desert and his mother and father and their happy times...and then it all turned into a nightmare. He was ramming his head into...yes, you guessed it...ROCKS! Slasher wasn't going to wake up for a little.
(Larvitar: +5 Energy, ASLEEP for 1 more turn)
[No rolls were required for this turn]

Lucky was happy with its immense upper hand. Lucky decided to end this once and for all. It thrust itself at Slasher, making sure to release as much force as it could muster. The attack was powerful; Slasher was sent airborne, and tumbled down the sand dunes, still sleeping. Lucky snickered; one more hit, and it would be all over.
(Larvitar: -9 Health, -1 SPD, Bronzor: -5 Energy)
[Accuracy roll: 33, with 1-100 hitting | Critical hit roll: 18, with 1-6 being a critical hit]

Lucky finally had the upper hand in terms of speed, so Lucky decided to eradicate Slasher with one final attack. Lucky's orbs began to glow, and Lucky spun around and dug into the sand. The shock waves sent from the rapid spinnings were causing cracks to appear in the earth's tectonic plates. The earth shook, sending a pillar of sand under Slasher and sending him flying once again. Slasher was still asleep, but Lucky doubtlessly thought that Slasher was down and out.
(Larvitar: -15 Health, Bronzor: -8 Energy)
[Accuracy roll: 19, with 1-100 hitting | Critical hit roll: 63, with 1-6 being a critical hit]

Slasher was falling down after being sent flying by the pillar of sand. Slasher fell a long distance before he finally woke up. Slasher was shocked to see that he was still conscious, and more so that he was falling from air! He spun around, but try as he might, he couldn't get out of the headspin dive. Eventually he landed, not taking any damage, but his horn...lodged in a rock.

Lucky saw the terrible condition that Slasher was in and decided to end things once and for all. It went in, FIRIN' MAH LAZ0R blasting its cannon of lustrous metallic energy. The beam seemingly swallowed Slasher up, and in its wake, Slasher lay, fainted.

The sandy dunes disappeared from sight as the fighters returned to their Pokeballs. Then the stadium rumbled again, revealing a new stage for the next round. This time, a plain, flat terrain with no effects appeared. The new terrain didn't seem to favor anyone or hinder anyone. It was just a basic battlefield to test the true skill.
[Second arena roll: 2 - Dirt Ground]

teamplasma, as the winner, your Pokemon.
SolarYoshi, your Pokemon and moves.
After that, teamplasma, your moves.

Start out fresh with Swords Dance! Then, use Toxic, but if you're hit with a status move, use Facade!

Swords Dance ~ Toxic/Facade

Math was blindingly fast, and with nothing on the field to impede his progress, Math was sure to outrun Scrap any day. Scrap was having issues keeping up with Math's moves. He would fly somewhere, unsheathe his sword-like hands, do a little dance move, and then fly off somewhere else in the matter of seconds. Math felt empowered by this frantic dance, and was sure to land an intense hit next time.
(Scyther: +2 ATK, -2 Energy)
[No rolls were required for this turn]

Scrap decided to copy Math and do a similar dance. Only this time, Scrap's main features weren't his arms, but rather, his large horn. He waved it around in the air, as if showing it off, and danced a little under the sunlight. He felt the same empowerment that Math did, and hoped to be able to put it to good use when the occasion arrived.
(Heracross: +2 ATK, -1 Energy)
[No rolls were required for this turn]

Now that the power was established, it was time to lay a smackdown! Math's speed almost made him invisible to Scrap. Scrap looked left and right for him, but before he could find him, Math was already ready to strike on his backside. Scrap turned around and tried to dodge, but Math was too fast, and his sword-arms slashed into Scrap, dealing intense damage!
(Heracross: -26 Health, Scyther: -7 Energy)
[Accuracy roll: 71, with 1-6 being a critical hit]

Scrap slowly crawled up. That was one insane attack, for just the second turn. He quivered to think what was to come next, but first things were first - he had to weaken Math down. He formed a toxic film in his mouth, and proceeded to spray it all over Math. Math's speed was intense, though; no matter where Scrap sprayed it, Math got out of the area with quick thinking and acting. In the end, the move missed completely!
(Heracross: Attack missed, -5 Energy)
[Accuracy roll: 98, with 1-90 hitting]
