I couldn't find a thread about this.
Is anyone here going to get this? Has anyone played the previous games? I can't be the only one stupendously excited for this. |

This will be my reason for getting a Wii U. After I explored every bit of Pikmin 2 I waited for the next sequel. I kept waiting. I waited some more. Finally there began talk of a Pikmin 3, yet I still had to wait. E3 after E3 passed, with no Pikmin 3 in sight. Finally, last year, I saw the trailer which I had waited years for. I was in elementary school when the second game came out, and I will finally be able to re-visit the Pikmin world as a freshman in college. I am excited, if you could not figure that out.

With only 21 days to go, I am beyond excited. Hopefully it arrives a day or two before actual release date like Game & Wario did.
Avoiding the spoilers is hard. Hurry up, 26th! |

I only played Pikmin one. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a copy of Pikmin 2. Still looking forward to Pikmin 3, though.

I love Pikmin. :3 I'm pretty excited for the third one. I was actually quite worried a while back they weren't going to make a third one- so it's fantastic to see that they are. |

It's pretty sad, Olimar's my main character in Super Smash Bros. but I've never played either of the Pikmin games before. He might not be in Pikmin 3, but at least I'll finally be able to see what Pikmin do in their native game. This game is one of the top reasons I'm buying a Wii U.

So I've beaten the first two major bosses and so far, I'm loving every bit of this game. It's incredible, I highly recommend it.

I would just like to say the game is beautiful, it is all my hopes and dreams for Pikmin bundled up into one game
And I've just about done everything there is to do in it once in about 5 days.  I really just didn't want to stop playing- it's magnificent.The mission mode is really neat- not as many "missions" as Pikmin 2's, but it's definitely entertaining. And when you

Just beat Pikmin 3 with 52 pieces of fruit, in 36 (in-game) days, and with *sniff* 462 Pikmin dead.... I'm a bad leader.
