elite four round 2
my pokes are all round lv 56 and i have battled every trainer i think. Whats the best way to get them higher up?

Grinding for wild pokemon in some of the double battle grass.
I suggest you get up to level 65 also. |

Did you go to the areas east of Black City/White Forest? There are alot of trainers their that will raise you Pokemon up to around Lv65. Alos use the PokeShifter to transfer over some of you stronger Pokemon for D/P/Pt/HG/SS.
