VRIM3 has been delayed (again), with a final stable release date of the end of September. It is possible that a VRIM3 beta, however, will be released in place of VRIM2: VRIM3 Beta 3 is to be released tomorrow on the
project page, while VRIM3 Beta 4 should come in about a month, sporting revamped parental controls, message editing, further refinements to the event subsystem, plugin support, and overhauled private communication that more directly emulates instant messengers like MSN and Google Talk.
Note that, as of the current plan, VRIM3 Beta 3 will be released to beta testers tomorrow (Friday) when the beta itself is released on the project page.
