It was pretty much a remnant of the original design of the forum, and I wanted somewhere people could ask me questions and stuff from the forum.

I'd say about 3 hours of solid work back in '06, then another 4 hours when it was reopened in '08, and another 12 hours when we moved to phpBB3 later that year, and finally another 2 days when we moved to vBulletin in '09. Yes, technically, I have to count all four of those as "first" days.

Hm, this is a tough question. It'd have to be a game that was a complete waste of time playing, but was a little bit addicting as well. I wouldn't stop myself from at least trying the only games that fit that description, though, as they were during times that I needed games to distract me, anyway. So, the answer is none.

My inspiration behind Victory Road? When I was a commoner on GameFAQs in late 2006, I was interested in the idea of community. I joined a small forum for a coding project someone started, as I wanted to watch the project unfold. This small site inspired me to start my own forum. I don't really have one, but English is pretty bad for its exhaustive set of rules, which don't always appy. "I" before "E," except after "C," or when sounding like "A," as in "neighbor" and "weigh." Hmm, I think the word "weird" would like to speak to you.

Japanese. I still haven't learned a whole lot of that. If that's not what you're asking, though, I'd probably go with Chinese, as it has a lot of links with Japanese.

My work ethic is somewhere between efficiency and accuracy. Other values I have are to keep to my word on projects and releasing them when they are actually ready.

I prefer to have the websites I build function well in all browsers, including older versions, as well as keep the code as simple as possible. It might look like a mess to others, but it's really quite compact.

I know it might sound weird, but I usually stick with IE as my primary. I use Chrome and Opera as fallbacks. I use all five major browsers when testing sites out.

Yep, that's how I've done it for the past two years. I've lately been using Microsoft WebMatrix as my development platform, which also includes a full IIS server, and I've also got MySQL installed locally. Pity it doesn't have STFP support yet.

That's a really tough question. I know I've thought about it before, but I can't really think of my personal responses right now. A few of my favorites could use easier to type/spell names. I've wanted Typhlosion to be a bit shorter, for instance, as the "phlo" part of it can be very annoying to type sometimes. It's a nice name to say, though.

I strongly prefer the metric system. I try to thing in both systems about various everyday things so I can have some common conversions down easily. I wish the US would be faster in moving to the metric system.

I haven't played much Sonic, so I can't make an opinion there (and I've heard it has undergone a lot of improvement lately anyway). Of the series I have played, I'd probably have to go with...I have no idea. All the series I had that opinion for before have either died, gotten better, or had my opinion change since.

I think some fans are a bit crazy, and I know that there are some fans who completely miss the concept of it. While I know very little about it, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is supposed to teach values of friendship, but some bronies get a bit defensive and can lose true friends from their obsession.

As for the show itself, I took a look. I feel neutral about it. I'm not a fan, but I don't hate it or anything. It seems like a quality cartoon, but it's not something I would like to watch.
