Post songs so beautiful they make you shed tears of joy, sorrow or some other emotion
Okay, that sounded corny, and I was exaggerating anyways. Nevertheless the purpose of this thread is to share songs that you find to be so well-crafted they are emotionally stirring.
http://grooveshark.com/s/Albion+Rose/2uS1D8?src=5 It sounds charming in its own way. http://grooveshark.com/s/Paradical/2tLP3h?src=5 I love the cello in this one. I <3 Mouse on Mars |

One of these is bound to the the song you're talking about.
And of course Mystery Dungeon 2 music. Arceus, some of these songs are so beautiful that I promised myself never to listen to them unless I'm actually playing the game. Which I never have since I beat it the first time, since the whole game's so beautiful that I don't even want to play it again (I know that doesn't make sense). But I digress. PMD2: Sacrifice PMD2: Melancholy PMD2: Aftermath PMD2: Memories I don't even remember what half of these sound like anymore... Last edited by Leaftail; June 15, 2011 at 11:59:38 PM. |

Baby by Justin Bieber.
I find this song very beautiful and sad/happy, I think it's because I love Justin Bieber so much that it seems heartbreaking that I may not ever meet him. I just love Justin Bieber so much and I want to meet him before I die.
It'll complete the Circle of Life. Can you feel the Love tonight by Elton John is so romantic I love both versions from The Lion King and his version. |

Ahh I have re-fallen in love with this song again, it's one of the best final boss themes I've heard considering it has just sooooo much emotion in it really. Such a sad sounding song for a very creepy yet awesome looking character.

Here's a song that makes me feel sad sometimes: http://youtu.be/1_wbYsZo7gE It kinda reminds me of stuff I wish I could do again and again, like Pokemon Black and White, getting the game and starting a new adventure with NEW Pokemon.

No matter how I feel before listening to this, Afterward I always feel like just running around yelling "Screw all that!" and forgetting all my troubles, worries, and anything that made me feel anything other than happy. Just always boosts my mood ten fold.... God I love this song. In otherwords.... Very Joyful. Last edited by Fubab_107; July 2, 2012 at 12:21:04 PM. |

For some reason, I never cried over tragedy nor sad songs nor sad stories. In that presentation about caring children, the presenter recited a detailed story about a family of birds, I was the only one who didn't cry.
I still feel nostalgia, and I want to go back to China to see, listen and smell everything I've been to. Pokemon Emerald is my first Pokemon game, and when I say Emerald triggers nostalgic, other people (who were into NES games like Mega Man 1 and Mario) will laugh. Idk, I'm weird. Note: It's mainly the song that gives me a certain emotion of...excitement and bliss. The video... not as much. Also, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWGqoCNbsvM If ya don't like it, then whatever. Last edited by Eagles; September 16, 2012 at 09:19:37 AM. |

This is just so powerful... A band I'm in is going to be playing this. It'll be interesting to say the least. And difficult. But if we manage to pull it off, it'll reduce the audience to tears.
If you don't know Dresden's story, I suggest you look it up. |

Rhapsody For Euphonium and Concert Band
We played this song last year in Symphonic Band. Not only is it a beautiful piece that makes me imagine something great happening, it also gives me terrible memories of the wonderful seniors we had that year. The person we had who played the Euphonium, David (The godly one) played BETTER than the guy in this video. |

Before you click, it is metal, so if you don't like it period, don't bother. But it is a very good song, and it made this guy right here, who has only been seen crying in public once (but that was due to mental breakdown), cry, you know it's gotta be good. I hate Ke$ha. She is an awful singer. (Just try to enjoy "TiK ToK" without retching.)
But someone, please tell me why I'm addicted to "Die Young" by Ke$ha. I think it's the tune and overall composition that gets me. The verses are pretty bad, but the chorus is really catchy. Last edited by Cat333Pokémon; November 25, 2012 at 02:31:17 PM. |

My Mentor- Class of 3000 This was my favorite show because of the humor, musicality, and because Andre 3000 was in it and he gives me nostalgia. Mmph. This song here though makes me just want to improve as a jazz saxophone player. |

And when I feeeeel like I can feel once again~ Let me stay awhiiiiiile~ Soak it in awhiiiiile~ This song is "The Light Before We Land" by The Delgados, although I used the short version from the anime Gunslinger Girl. This sad song compliments the anime because it's a pretty sad story centered around 3 girls who were enhanced with cybernetics and turned into assassins. |

Is it hax if Pandora gives you two remixes/samplings of the same song in a row?
|> "Good Feeling" by "Flo Rida" on "Wild Ones" |> "Levels" by "Avicii" on "Levels (Single)" Of course, here's the original: Last edited by Cat333Pokémon; January 1, 2013 at 06:55:36 PM. |
