We aren't going to stop you from discussing hacked Pokemon, but if you are using them to battle with others you will have to check with who you are battling with first to see if it is alright with them.
I actually meant as in using ******* for competitive battling only. I know trades arent allowed, but would using pokemon who's stats, moves, abilities, and IVs / EVs be used throughout the forum if I state I use such pokemon?
