Don't worry about it. It's really up to the ref whether or not they allow 2 moves in Double, Triple, or Rotation Battles.
I only allow one move due to the fact that they're long and tedious.

Yes. You have to register your newly obtained Pokemon in order to use them in battles and such.

Register the Pokemon? At the Registration Center?

Also, you must register the Pokemon you won in the contest before you post them in any official battles, trades, etc.

So, uhm, how many moves can you use per turn (if not conditional)?

I'd just like you to know that you CAN post more than one move in your battle.
Aqua only posted one because he used up an action by switching his Pokemon.
