Default Favorite Pokemon Puzzle/Maze

My favorite puzzle in Pokemon was the Stark Mountain challenge, because first you start with trying to get that guy, Buck, to the top so he can grab that stone, and then come back to get Heatran. Plus it was filled with battles.

What's your favorite?

Every Victory Road, and the Pokémon Mansion from Gen 1. The Victory Road was fun because I knew I would be one step closer to claming another region for my Championship, and the Pokémon Mansion because it was filled with backstory on Mew and Mewtwo.

I like the arrow puzzles. First (Team Rocket's Hideout), third (one of the gyms), and fourth (Fuego Ironworks?) gen each had had them, pretty much in the same style. I like trying to figure out where each arrow goes, knowing that mistakes take you to the beginning or a battle. Then there's the fun of finding all the items.

I don't remember these being in the second gen, though.

Those are some pretty good ones.

Yeah, I don't recall any in 2nd gen either.

Now I'm trying to think...were there arrow tile puzzles in GSC?

I thought for sure either a Gym or a Rocket Hideout had them...

I'm gonna choose more than one. I choose... All of the Trick House challenges! I hope that they bring that back in HG/SS. I think that would be an excellent addition to the game.

I forgot about those! It's been so long since I last fully played through Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. (The last time I caught a golem (Regi) other than Regigigas was back in 2003!)

[s:2q66mjrh]I liked the regi puzzles in platinum, where you had to step on the dots...[/s:2q66mjrh]
I liked the unown puzzles in Gen II where you went down into the place, and then had to do the move/item to open up the wall, those were the coolest.
