About the RPG

Welcome! This is the first thing that you should read before signing up and starting your journey. Here you will find the basic plot of this RPG, the possibilities, and the way it works.

How a Forum RPG works.
A forum RPG is basically a Role Play that anyone can join and it is always open! The system in which a Forum RPG works is simple. Post what your character did/has done and then your RPG Mod tells you the outcome of the actions that your person has preformed. There are restrictions and things you cant do (we will get to that below). You post saying that your character has done something and then the Mod would post the outcome and maybe something that happens. It is very simple and very fun.

What this Forum RPG is about?
You, the trainer, embark on a journey in the amazing Traka Region! You start your journey by claiming your first pokemon down at the Pokemon Lab in Oldoak Town! You then go and try to defeat the Pokemon League on the way! But what you person doesn't know is that Team Galactic has come to the region. Their reasons and plans are yet to be revealed, but you must stop them!

The Traka Region is an island in the middle of the ocean. It was once barren and isolated and a place where no one even heard of, but one day a meteor came crashing down at Earth! The hurling ball of space rock smashed into the Traka Region, creating a large lake and HUGE crack in the island. Then, soon after, another on came down and it didn't land too face from the first one. This one landed Northwest of the first one, and it just made a huge crater. Because of the meteors, climate change occured very rapidly. They made a mountain that collected snow and eventually became buried all in snow and ice. It created the beach, and the chasm. Humans soon came to the island and found it a nice place to call home. It was plentiful with materials! The crater was was made into a mine and many riches are found there, even today. The lake has been a tourist attraction, and a few cities were built adjacent to it. Many towns started springing up and the region became a nice leisure spot! Pokemon from other region came, following the humans. There are many ways and theories to how so many pokemon now inhabit the island, but non have been proven.


Things that you can do in the RP

• Follow the Rules.
• Train your Pokemon.
• Talk to the people in the RP. (But not other players because other peoples stories to not run into yours).
• Explore the various buildings and attraction of the towns and Region.
• Obtain items through the Pokemart and townfolk.
• Battle wild Pokemon.
• Battle Trainers.
• Trade with Trainers.
• Obtain TMs and HMs from the game.
• Solve the mystery and defeat Team Galactic.
• Capture most Legends. (But the way to is a secret).

Things that you CAN'T do in the RP

• Disobey the Rules.
• Disobey the Mods.
• Decide the outcome of the events in your story.
• Do in appropriate things.
  

The first thing that you should do after you signed up is make a thread in the Oldoak Town Board about you obtaining your first pokemon.
