Any experts on wi-fi?

Hai everyone. I'm pretty sure a majority of you who're active kinda know me. I'm asking all experts on internet to help me... n' such...

I've asked this question before on a couple other places but I can't seem to get a straight answer. I'm asking how I can find my 2Wire WEP key. Here is an example of a pointless answer I got:

So I pretty much asked my question. How and where can I find my 2Wire WEP key? I use AT&T's UVerse. I checked under the barcode on the modem but I can't find it because there's no key in brackets. This is getting very annoying.

If you can, I'd highly appreciate some help if you're an expert on this kinda stuff. Thanks, everyone.

There should be a little icon on your task tray that looks like a computer with some signal things coming out of it. Double-click that and it'll bring up a window with your wireless connection info. Click on Support and then Details, and it should tell you everything you need to know.
of course I could be saying a completely wrong thing but then again it could be the right thing, WHO KNOWS

It's on my modem, so I dunno. I have Uverse though.

Network and Sharing Center > Manage Wireless Networks > [network name] > Security > Show Characters

Or at least that's how to do it on Windows 7. Should be the same on Vista, though.

On my router I put the router's IP (192.168.1.1) into the URL bar, then go to Wireless Settings and it tells me there (I can change it there as well).

'Course, that's router specific, but you might be able to find your way around yours (Just put that IP in the URL bar and look around. The default user/pass for my router was Admin/password)
