Well, being a Minnesota resident... well, actually I can't say much because of that. It did the same thing in the late-80s though. Regardless, it shouldn't be overly hard to fix - the roof can't cost that much, and inner damage can't be that high (more water damage than anything).
The stadium itself really isn't a nice one to be in, at least when I was there several years ago, as it is quite dirty, etc. Still, this plagues most stadiums which are more than a decade old.
Oh, we got about two feet of snow that was very heavily packed (usually when you get that much snow, its very light and fluffy, which wasn't the case here). As such, it doesn't surprise me.
