This is a good but you should probably replace agility with meteor mash.

Pretty good.
*inputs team to team builder calculator*
Your team is pretty weak to fire types.
Also, fighting types will be an "Ouchie" to aggron and glalie.
And rock doesn't seem to help either to charizard or Glalie.

Your lucky there is a shortage of fire types in the world of pokemon.

I agree. Fire moves will can knock out more than half of your team. Also, Charizard is just going to get knocked out without dealing any hit. First hit is Stealth Rock, and then any Rock move will ensure a OHKO.

Fire and Rock are all what you need to knock this team out. I suggest you change it and try to make it more balanced.

Change Glalie into Gengar or Dusknoir.

But if you want an ice type, change Aggron into one of the two listed above.

Ok, so if i were to take glalie out the best would be to change him to Gengar
and if its argon would it be the best to change it to dusknor

Which would you segest i do, this is the first time that i am going and trying to build a team

If you want more of a special attacker/sweeper, switch to gengar. Just fair warning, gengar can't take hits too well.

If you want more of a tank (Can take hits and deal them as well), switch to dusknoir. The only real problem with Dusknoir is its speed and HP, otherwise its pretty good.

Ah, yeah might go with dusknor then, i have a friend who ev trained a gengar and he mentioned that if gengar gets hit almost all of the time it goes down doesn't have that good of defences

Also, you might want to switch one of those original choices (the ones you put down as first post) for an electric type.
Might i suggest a charge beam sweeping jolteon?

Why would having an electric type help out my team, i know that its only weakness is ground but the type coverate electric type moves only hit water and flying, but i guess there are a lot of types that it hits for normal damage

The reason i'm leaning more toward Ducknoir is because i'm trying to create a team that is defensive and offensive
