What's the worst game you've wasted money on?
Basically like the SMWC thread. What's the game(s) that you regret ever buying?
I'll just copy/paste my post from the SMWC thread then. Quote:

Well, uh.... pretty much any FF title besides Crisis Core (which I got rid of later). Most of them suck now. I tried Crystal Chronicles, Dissidia, 13. And none of them affected me. They are all terrible. So, Fail Fantasy has been failing for awhile. Old FF was way better. (lol, I sound like a nostalgia person saying that) |

I have way too many games I bought but never played. Heck, I still have some I haven't opened. *sees We ♥ Katamari, Final Fantasy VII, Grand Theft Auto: London, Ridge Racer, Ninjabread Man, and a small stack of other games*
As for a 'worst' one...hmm...Hey You, Pikachu! was pretty bad. In fact, it's the only game I have actually sold my only copy of. (I did sell a second copy of another game.) I did buy it again later just so I could have it. |

I either bought or got as a gift Endless Ocean for Wii. It was fun for about a week, then I just stopped playing it and let it rot. I eventually sold it to someone for like 10 bucks. Also, my grandmother sent me *shudder* Neopets Puzzle Adventure for the Wii. I just gave that piece of garbage to GameStop for 5 bucks. I'm still wondering why she would send me a game she knows I wouldn't like...
Oh, and my brother got me Final Fantasy: Crystal Bearers for Wii, but I don't know how to tell him I don't like it and I will never play it. |

Crackdown 2 -_-
My friends told me it was super awesome and fun and whatever, and since we all enjoyed the first one, I thought this one would obviously be better, or just as good. WRONG. It was just... god awful. So mad that I spent $60 on it. |

Well, actually in some ways....Tatsunoko vs Capcom.
First off, let me say a lot of people would hate me for saying that but..... The roster is lacking: 20-25 something characters when Marvel vs Capcom 3 has 36 characters and yet MvC3 still gets rant for no reason (lol nostalgia people playing MvC2) ?: The roster I saw for Tatsunoko I didn't really like outside of Karas, and Joe the Condor and for Capcom I only really liked Ryu, and Frank. Terroble online: The loading times online are horrendous and takes around ten minutes to go online before my butt gets kicked No themes for characters: Now, this seems like the most lazy part in TvC. When a characters dies and another from your/other team pops out, it doesn't give you encouragement to make a complete comeback like in MvC1 or 2 (and 3) did. |

A new one for me would be Asphalt 3D. It's not really the best driving game I've played for a couple of reasons, but I still slightly enjoyed it. Until I came across this event in the championship mode that's literally impossible (It's not because I'm bad at the game, I'm pretty good at racing games.). Then I never played it again.

I'm a real animal lover, and I bought this one game where you would like, I think raise your own farm of horses or something, and it wouldn't let me do anything. I went EVERYWHERE, but nothing happened. I played it for DAYS, trying to figure out what to do and how to play it, but nothing worked. I guess that's what I get for a $9 game. -_- I was going to give it back, but my mom forgot, because I told her, and now this game is STILL here. I don't know where it is, though. Thank goodness. It's a waste of money game. Really.

The latest in my list is Spiderman Shattered Dimensions. 4 different spidersmans, 3 of which have exactly the same gameplay mechanics of beating people up until you get to the next room. Boring. And spiderman is one of those people you want to punch in the face every time he opens his mouth, making it worse. They don't even have web swinging except for maybe one part. I didn't even get past the first level because it's so boring. |

The worst game I've ever bought is probably Yugioh: Reshef the Dark Being (GBA) from my childhood. The only thing that was semi good about the game was the storyline. The duels were extremely difficult and tedious in the beginning and as the game went on. I always depended on luck to win each duel; there was absolutely no skill involved. If anybody actually beats this game with no cheats, they have insane luck.
To me, this game isnt worth the money, unless you're extremely determined to beat it. |

Star Ocean: The Last Hope.
It was originally a sweet and kind hearted gift from my boyfriend but I just couldn't stick to the game. I found it rather boring. I heard a lot of good things about it and thought it would be good to at least try but... Ooft, my mind was always drifting after every few battles. |

Resident Evil 5 for me was a pretty bad purchase. Of course, I played Dead Space first and Dead Space if far better and harder then Resident Evil 5. (not to mention actually SCARY) But, yeah Resident Evil 5 was pretty crap for a mainstream title. Hopefully, 6 can be really awesome.

Halo 3.
The game worked for at most 3 days after I bought it. After those 3 days, it took me hours just to get it to play as a game, not a DVD. Now it's just crammed somewhere in my game library. I think the cashier cursed it. Right after I bought it, he said I might want to save the receipt. Guess what I did? I through away the receipt when I got home. |

Counter-Strike: Source. I paid $20 for it, and according to Steam I've played 96 minutes of it.

I spent Ł50 on the Sega Complete Pack on Steam since it was on a huge sale. I've hardly touched any of the games. I tried out one of the total war games, but it advanced so slowly, and didn't tell me what to do properly so I just lost at the tutorial and quit. |

The worst game I ever spent money on was 60$ for Black Ops. I have no idea what I was thinking, it only kept me entertained for a month. I've had more fun paying 9$ for Final Fantasy XIII then I would paying 60$ for a CoD game; never again. |

Sonic Unleashed for the Wii. It was cool when I got it and all, but the overdose of night stages which were equal in length annoyed me. And the bombardment of useless mandatory day missions made me rage. After a SHORT day stage. Plus, the boosting is downright stupid. You can't even really CONTROL it. I'm glad I gave it away as a birthday present. I prefer the 360 one more.

No one say Brink? I am dissapoint. There are some other games with terrible A.I but this is just horrible. Awful maps and respawn system and escort missions on single player are near suicide. Some might call this a lame version of TF2, I personally just think this is a bad FPS to be summed up as and nothing more then a product purely rushed out before they could fix this. Not even the patches can fix this pain in Brink.
