Re: 300 (Members) - This is not Sparta
Quite a few of the new members are only here to enter the tournament (look at how many >10 post counts there are there.
I joined after being a subscriber for a while (I browsed the site quite a bit before I joined). |

Re: 300 (Members) - This is not Sparta
I joined when Cat put up the Voting Round video for the tourney, but I had been a subscriber for at least a year, and I've poked around the site/forums before joining. This just seems like one of the best places on the internet to talk about Pokemon with other trainers, and schedule battles.

Re: 300 (Members) - This is not Sparta
I joined back when it was Buizel.net, with the shiny blue colors and everything. I found Cat on YouTube through some very...very...verrryyyyyy long Related Videos searching. My friend had rated a Mario Paint video 5/5, so I clicked on it. Then from there I found Cat's Pokemon Medley, and from there I found some Platinum playthroughs. I subbed for the Platinum gameplay. It was also through this event that I subscribed to Chuggaaconroy. A few days or so after watching Cat's videos, I joined the forums.
