Default Bad websites

Which types of websites are the bad(in your opinion)?
(NEW, I recently discovered)First, it is fancy text(mostly in title) like this:
(Ż`·._)ŃĂ®|_|Ż|ŻŐ(Ż`·._)
It lost all semantics of the title, and it's not Google-friendly.
I saw many females do that.
Second, it is multimedia combo(3 BGMs, 4 videos playing at same time), it slow down the page.
Third, it is canned JavaScript, the webmaster copy-and-paste scripts from DynamicDrive and think they are cool.
One example of abuse of canned JavaScript is trailing cursors: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qide9Z4PWG8
The bad websites are on MySpace.

Figures.

And all those books about creating an effective site say JavaScript is a powerful and useful tool...just use it wisely! Just look at YouTube. Half of its features are based on JavaScript; that is a perfect example of well-written JavaScript. Now I don't even want to go into the pages that bring up "A script error has occured", "Do you want to debug?", "A script on this page is causing the browser to run slow" or the helpless " ".

JavaScript is good if you use it wisely.
Copying and pasting scripts is unwise

I've found a few handy scripts that work rather nicely, such as the one for the photo albums on my site (SSBB and Ranch) or the one for the Pokémon Platinum countdown, both of which required tweaking. I actually had to write a script from scratch for the jukebox on my new site, because all the existing ones do things that are difficult to implement, are Flash-based and only play MP3s (not everyone has super-fast Internet and can wait for those), cost money , or restart the music every time you click a link.

We are talking about bad practices,
First, it's fancy texts, where people talk like this:
еĐę, †hď§ ď§ vęrĄ ˘đđl! ď'm ąłł7!

If someone's computer does not support that encoding, it will show garbled text, also, it do not benefit Google.

http://piplup-princess.com/ is one example of fancy text user. They just use fancy text in titles.

I nominate my page ._.
Sure it looks good, but if you have any knowlege of HTML, you'll see how bad I mash things together just to create a website.
AT LEAST I use standard letters and no fancy UTF-8 encoding.
