Arrow Solace Hill: The Grass Pokemon Gathering

Welcome to Solace Hill!

Oh, visiting? Well, feel free to look around: there isn't anything now, but there will be (supposing people sign up).

For those of you wondering, Solace Hill is going to be the site of my own game! It's sort of complicated, so read this basics/rules/guideline. You wouldn't want to be caught unawares, do you?

Basics:

Solace Hill is a game in which each player will play as a Grass-type Pokemon. There are 55 total (we won't need to fill up all slots: just each imperative member). One, the Grass-type Arceus, will be inaccessible. Why? Because I'm the Grass-type Arceus in this game! Well anyways, on to the player selections:

Grass-Solid: Any Pokemon that is only Grass-type. Only 3 of these members are required. The only purpose of these players is to participate in the elections for evictions. Therefore, these players might be the FIRST to be evicted from the game!!! No pressure, though; these characters are also the only ones allowed to assist in the purchase of necessities.

Grass-Toxic (only 3 needed): Any Pokemon that is both Grass and Poison type. These people are responsible for keeping the peace. They are the police, if you will. If anyone gets out of line, their job is to report the Grass Administrators about it. The misdemeanor will be brought up when the eviction election comes up.

Grass-Bird (only one needed, but two preferred): Any Pokemon that is Grass and Flying type. They are the messengers who will issue the eviction notice. They also count the votes. Everyone who votes must write the messengers a PM in order to make their vote official.

Grass-Insect (one needed): Any Pokemon that is Grass and Bug type. They keep tabs on the financial records. Note that we are on a "budget" here!

Grass-Sea (one needed): Any Pokemon that is Grass and Water type. They keep tabs on the necessities.

Grass-Psyche (one needed): Any Pokemon Grass and Psychic type. Other than the Administrators, the ONLY PLAYER TO VETO AN EVICTION IS THIS PLAYER!

Grass-Void (one needed): Any Pokemon Grass and Dark type. Commissions the override of any veto if two-thirds of the members comply.

Grass-Stone (one needed): Any Pokemon Grass and Rock type. Leads the forum if ALL ADMINISTRATORS ARE AWAY. Otherwise, does all of the duties of a Grass-Solid.

Grass-Crystal (one needed): Any Pokemon Grass and Ice type. Calls the meetings if the finances/necessities are in a state of danger.

Grass-Earth (one needed): Torterra (as it is the only one). Comissions jobs.

Rules:
1. Eviction Elections (EE) take place once per week, any day of the week. An administrator (open positions available: Celebi, Shaymin) must be notified by ANY MEMBER. If no elections have taken place by Saturday, an automatic EE will be done.

2. Members get ONE VOTE ONLY. They must vote for whoever they think is either
-shortening the budget
-taking up too many necessities
-just plain annoying

3. All votes must be cast into the Grass-Bird members! Failure to do so will be brought up with the administrators and may result in eviction in the next election.

4. All members must do their respective duties. Repeated failure to do their job may result in a veto and the slacker might be put up for eviction in the override election.

5. All misdemeanors by members will be brought up before the election begins to ensure a fair election.

6. Evicted members are allowed to post on the thread, but no longer have any say. All comments by evicted members will be regarded as not pertaining to the game.

7. An administrator can only be put up for eviction by another administrator if they are
-not enforcing rules
-not doing their duty
NOTE: Not showing up on Victory Road CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE USED AGAINST AN ADMINISTRATOR. Any administrator attempting to evict another administrator for this reason will only be used against the said person.

8. Administrators must be notified if they require money to buy a necessity. Access may be denied on low budget, but each time a person is evicted, the budget increases by 50000 poke. The budget starts at a million poke.

9. Players holding on to necessities may sell them into the budget to increase it. The administrators will regulate the flow of poke into the budget.

10. If the budget is extremely low, administrators hold all right to evict a person on the spot. Don't let it get like that!

11. An occupation can be aquired at any time in the game. It helps regulate the flow of cash but uses up necessities. You are required to have five necessities before getting a job. Note: the budget is used for necessities and the necessities are sold for more budget.

12. A person with more necessities is less likely to get evicted than a person with more cash. Use your resources wisely!

13. Getting an occupation requires you to use the budget to buy necessities, therefore lowering both of them. In doing so, you must use your job to increase the budget and create more necessities. Necessities will be lost in the process, but then other people can use the budget you get to buy more of them!

14. Should both necessities and budget drop extremely low, all occupations will be recalled to increase the necessities and budget. Jobs will not be able to be re-claimed until after the depression.

15. The last 3 players (not counting administrators) that aren't evicted are the winners!

Good luck and have fun in Solace Hill! If you have any question, feel free to tell me and I'll add it to the guidelines!
