*Kanyes the BB and iPhone*
I'm a semi Android fanboy. Tweaking my HTC Desire with all sorts of cool utility apps from the open-source Android app store is freakin awesome. I have had some experience with the iPhone, everyone in my family (with the exception of my grandparents) has an iPhone. It's a very good piece of technology, however I dont really like most Apple products (with the exception of iPods). Everything seems to revolve around iTunes. I also find it mildly creepy how Apple products can find a way to sync themselves with every single object in the universe. I'm convinced Steve Jobs is trying to take over the world. IMO, it's not worth the effort to illegally jailbreak an iPhone and possibly void your warranty when you can get an Android phone that has an open source app store. My life more or less revolves around my phone, I do far more than text, call, Facebook and play music with it. Surfing VR is one of them I'm not sure about BlackBerries though, all I know is that every, single, female in my school has a BB. I recently read an article somewhere talking about the impending doom of RIM and Blackberry due to some market pattern experts foresaw. It's all foreign to me though. How are BBs anyway? Do they perform well? Last edited by AnathemA; January 18, 2011 at 02:49:08 AM. |

I don't know any of 'em, so I really don't know which ones better. I heard the iPhone is just like an iTouch, except you're able tot ext and call on the iPhone. The iTouch is pretty cool, and, as you know, Apple is pretty much gonna i Everything some day. So, I'd say iPhone.
Plus, I don't wanna become a Crackberry addict like my family. X3 Last edited by Shiny; January 18, 2011 at 06:30:52 AM. |

I've picked iPhone over the other two, although I'd like to point out I don't know much about Android to give an accurate judgment on it. Due to that, my post will be dealing with iPhone vs. Blackberry.
Simply put: iPhone > Blackberry in applications. Apple's App Store is the best application store in the world. And that's enough to reign over Blackberry. iPhone > Blackberry in camera. The iPhone's camera is much better than Blackberry cameras in general, and the quality is often close to being incomparable. There are exceptions, of course, but those are not being considered over here. iPhone > Blackberry in capacity. 16/32 GB internal storage in iPhone vs. the average 2-4 GB in Blackberry phones clearly shows a winner. iPhone > Blackberry in display. 640 x 960 pixels vs. 360 x 480 pixels, you decide. Now, Blacberry Messenger could have been an advantage over iPhone had the App Store not include the What's App application. Sending free text messages to other Nokia, iPhone and Blackberry phones (provided they all have the app) is more inviting than sending free messages only to other Blackberry phones. And that's all I have to say. (P.S: Rest assured, I'm neither an iPhone user nor an Apple fanatic, so there's no bias involved.) Last edited by Shadow; January 18, 2011 at 09:07:51 AM. |

I'll admit it, I'm an Apple fanboy. My father used many Blackberry phones in the past.
And I and my sister owned Android phones before. (She still does) I got my iPhone 4 last summer. Basically saying that I had experiences with all phones. But I haven't tried any of the newer Blackberries. The iPhone has everything I need, it's just perfect. One last note.. Android is an operating system, the iPhone is hardware. Change the title. My cell phone is like 7 years old. The paint is literally peeling off. xD
But it works just fine, so I still use it. So IDK the answer to that because I've never used any of them...heck, I've never used a smart phone...period. |

Can't say, since I have none.
But I would have to say iPhone, since it would keep me entertained whenever I'm bored, and has a wide variety of free applications (I'm always playing around with my phone, which would explain all the scratches on it) but I would like to play on it, not with it. So iPhone has me there. |

iPhone all the way! I almost got one the other day, then my mom came to her senses and said no. >:V It's by far the best phone out there. I'd rather have no phone (my current state, 'cause I'm a complete loser who can't call any of her many friends,) than any other non-iPhone phone. Funny thing is, that thanks to my iPod touch I've memorized the finger placings for the keyboard so I can type on a touch screen without looking. I R cool yet?

While I haven't used an Android, I have had opportunities to use a Blackberry Curve, Blackberry Torch, and 1st gen iPhone. To be honest, I like the iPhone best. It has less of a cell phone feel, and touch screens are much easier to use without keypads to complicate things. And the iPhone generally has a better interface. (I just wish they'd improve the camera though...)
