Times Square meets HgSs, Toys "R" Us stores have parties
In the Toys "R" Us in Times Square of New York, there will be a HeartGold and SoulSilver launch party similar to those in years past. In addition, Toys "R" Us stores across the United States will be holding their own launch parties.

I've actually been to that Toy's R us quite a few times, it's really cool there butI don't get why there not hosting the party at nintendo world which is close by.
